Look at the Professional Instruction Sequence on page xxxviii Think of one teacher in the school you used in the the previous activity. Create a diagram or table that matches the planned activities that teacher would have experienced as part of their PD.

Imagine you are a lead teacher/principal in the school you are reflecting on. Design a schoolwide programme for teacher learning. Show it in a flow diagram/table format.
The diagram should cover the types of learning events/activities teachers should enjoy. Around the Diagram /table include the qualities that the programme must have.
